CNC Tool Trolley main body made of 1,20mm thick DKP metal. Drawers have 450x450mm net usable interior surface. 4 sides raised top enables to store tools and prevent small items to fall. Contains central locking mechanism and anti-tilt mechanism. Last drawer has 12 CNC morse taper holder. 75kg load capacity per drawer. Heavy duty robust body frame welded and has vertical reinforcements on each 4 corners. Coated with electrostatic powder paint. Drawer sliders made of 2,50mm HRP metal and run on 6201zz ball-bearings. Drawer interior walls have metal separator slots in each 17mm to organise partitions properly with EK standard. Caster set consist of 2 fixed, 1 swivel and 1 swivel with brake 100mm diameter rubber wheels. Each drawer has plastic latch for locking as extra safety. Including two pulling handle.
